  • Govt. launches Arogya Setu Mobile App to track spread of  coronavirus
once installed in a smart phone the app detects other nearby devices Arogya setu installed. The app can then calculate the risk of infection based on sophisticated parameters if any of these contact is tested positive. The app will also help Govt. take necessarily timely steps for assessing risk of spread of COVID-19 and ensuring isolation where required.

The app is there on both Google Play and Apple Play store which is available in 11 languages with only 2.8 mb approx. It is designed to keep a user informed in cased he/she can crossed path with someone who has tested positive. The tracking is done through a Bluetooth and location-generated social graph, which can show your interaction with anyone who has tested positive.
